  I have never been treated more poorly by staff at hotel in my life. My friend came home from college (she moved so she had to rent a hotel to come out here) and we all wanted to meet there first before we left to go out. She had rented a 2 person room for herself. My friends and I showed up to get ready together and then leave. We came up to her room and not even five minutes later we were told (very rudely if i may add) only 2 people could be in the room at a time. So we went downstairs and she asked if she could be refunded or if she could upgrade her room. She was told no. No refund and she also was not able to spend her own money to upgrade to a larger room. Then we left very disappointed, but very respectfully. My friend was then proceeded to be told that if she were to leave they would call the police and she would lose her room. Super 8 is a low quality, out dated and rude motel. But I guess you get what you pay for. Nothing but disappointment. If I could reccommend somewhere better for anyone to stay there’s a Holiday Inn off of 183rd and Harlem! Also look into airbnbs because this motel isn’t worth the money my friend had spent to come visit us
