  Brought shirts in asked them just press the shirts. Picked up shirts and charged 23.70. Left the same amount if shirts in and asked for clean and press. Pick those up and was charged 10.50. Left store and was wondering why I was charged 23.70 for just pressed and 10.50 for clean and press. Called and the owner said if you ask for just press its more money. I said the clerk should have told me because I would have opted for clean and pres. you can’t assume all people know this. He said he would credit me when I came in. I was expecting 13.20 credit. I went in to pick up my cleaning and mentioned what the owner told me. She went back to talk to him and he wasn’t going to credit me anything. Then after several attempts he decides to credit me 5.00. I told them I would never use them again. It wasn’t the amount, it was the fact this could of possibly cost me a lot more. I do like to clean my shirts and have them pressed. Also the fact that he lied.
