  The new manager, Miles is so incredibly rude. He gave me and my family a car that over heated during our 16 hour drive. No enterprises near the area that the car broke down had any cars to accommodate my family. When we went to return the car he gave us nothing but more problems. He actually laughed in my face at one point after I told him he should have cars looked at before renting them out to people. We rent there every year for our vacations and I'm glad to say that we will no longer be renting cars from that location. Shame on the manager for poor customer service.
