  Called today, to her office. Wow, you want me to pay just to talk to you in your office without speaking to me by phone, before a visit to see if this is something you would even handle. Never have I ever, had that happen to me. And I have dealt with several attorneys over the many years I have been around. Does sound as if money is more important then justice..$$$$$$$$$$$ such a deal.!!

  No updates via phone, evidently you have to wait for snail mail.
  Don't ask questions about your charges, it's frowned upon.
  When the receptionist tells you "we mailed a letter out"... you will be charged for her telling you that.
