  I got my driveway and patio poured about a year and a half ago using Ozinga's concrete. My neighbors got theirs done also the same time using the same concrete. Both of our concrete has been cracking. I called the contractor and he suggested calling Ozinga, and that a salesperson would come out to test the concrete to make sure the mixture was correct. Spoke with the man, said it's normal for concrete to crack. I have over 10 slabs of concrete poured, and 2 years later, in each slab, there are cracks going horizontally and vertically, so I called Ozinga to speak with quality control. Of course, quality control sent me back to the same salesman. This project was thousands and thousands of dollars, and the concrete quality and workmanship was very poor. The contractor is blaming the mixture that Ozinga delivered was not correct. Then, Ozinga is blaming the contractor for not having the underlayment correct. I would not recommend anyone to use Ozinga or a contractor that is not a family friend. I'm very dissatisfied. The only thing Ozinga can tell me is: "Unfortunately, they've never seen that happen before." Poor business communication. Another neighbor had her concrete done over 5 years ago, and not one crack is in their concrete. Of course, they did not use Ozinga. This company is not reliable at all.
