When the agent came out gave me a quote for termite told me they would set traps then when I saw the traps were not working I called had them come out asked for them to use liquid treatment then they told me it would be extra but I was told by the agent at the beginning that if they had too they would use liquid treatment.... those traps don't work waste of money also anytime you want to reach someone it's always corporate always .... you will never hear from the agent or any of their workers if you called them... I ended up using someone else to come drill and put liquid on the ground termite free finally..another thing they tell you your protected blah blah blah but after a year they come out and take the traps out so wth are we paying for then? The traps are not yours to keep if you don't renew every year they come out and take them away the agent told me I would be protected from any future damage he never said but you must renew your service every year in order for us to protect you.... they suck if you guys have termites go with a liquid treatment YouTube it up...
